For months I have been saying "I don't have the money to get my hair cut" but the reality is I'd rather spend that money on other things right now. I could get a less expensive haircut, but I like the work my stylist does and it continues to look good for months so I can get my hair cut less often. However, lately I have found that there are other things (new boots, sewing supplies, a weekend with friends) that I would rather spend my money on. I'm trying to change how I think about money because it's not that I don't have "enough". Likewise my boyfriend (who is very busy with work and school) has stopped mentioning that he doesn't have enough time to go to the gym. He, too, has changed his thinking over to "There are other ways I want to spend my time than in the gym". It's interesting how just changing the language can change how we feel. Rather than feeling we don't have enough, we are feeling richer in out ability to choose. The Green Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06848469930547055532noreply@blogger.com
